Description
We are not huge fans of standard gift cards. Often companies use them hoping that the receiver of the gift card will not use it or will underspend it. That is why our gift cards are different:
- no expiry date
- can be totally or partly refunded for one year
example:
if you have a 200€ gift card and you end up buying a backpack that costs 179€, we can refund you the remaining 21€.
If you like to use the gift voucher in our physical store, please let us know before so we can inform the store about it.

PRODUCTION
Where are the bags made?
We design all our products in our studio in Amsterdam. The production is in Vietnam.
How long is the warranty?
We give life-time warranty for all production. mistakes on our Property Of... collection. Wear&Tear is not covered by the warranty.
Are the bags sustainable?
We put a lot of time & effort in making our bags as sustainbale as possible. We use recycled materials, we have no over-production.
