The bags and belts are amazing. They offer you an amazing espresso (I'm Italian) and the people there are simply very very nice.

Amazing products, amazing mission statement, amazing customer service. I bought backpacks for myself and my wife and both of our daughters back in November 2023. We use them every time we travel and even when we need bags back home and they have held up extremely well. We spent an unexpected night in Amsterdam last night so we stopped by the store again. I had one very small issue with my bag and my oldest daughter lost her tag and they were able to work on my bag and give my daughter a new tag all within a few hours. Amazing customer service. Do yourself a favor and visit them next time you’re in Amsterdam. I assure you that you will be extremely happy with any product you purchase from them.

This is a very neat local shop here in Amsterdam! It is a shop that does customer service and sales the right way... By respecting their customers and putting them first. Excellent! All of their backpacks and products are designed by their small team and they've even developed their own sustainable fabric options that they utilize in their original designs. They extend a warm welcome when you enter the shop and even offered us complimentary/free coffee and hot chocolate! This will definitely get you to spend some time in their store and get to know the workers. We ended up singing happy birthday to one of the workers, is a cozy vibe! Really the only negative I have to offer is that the music is not fit for a professional setting as it included a fair bit of swearing. Positives: - Local shop - Original designs - Sustainable - Great customer service - Complimentary beverages Negatives: - Swearing/inappropriate music

Awesome store and even better customer service. The gentleman was great to talk with, helped us find options and provided a great shopping environment. The hand stamped luggage tags are awesome plus the price point can’t be beat for both a travel souvenir or a utility bag for everyday use! Need extra bag to carry home? Check this place out first! Bad customer service

Came across this wonderful shop while looking for a coin pouch as the pennies kept adding up during the trip. A concept store, and a traveller's dream in a nutshell. With an array of colours, there was not one kind of bag you wouldn't find here. As you browse, you will be served some good coffee and conversation too. Revisiting soon, can't wait.

Amazing customer service! I advise everyone to visit the place even if they are not going to buy anything.

What wonderful friendly staff. We ducked into the shop during a downpour to get some shelter and were treated to wonderful hospitality with friendly conversation and a free coffee. We didn't have a need for any of their bags (which all looked really well made) but will be heading back there when the need arises.

The staff are so friendly! I think that every time I come to visit Amsterdam I'm going to come to this shop. PS: I love my new bag.

Bought a sling here in November 2022. It basically is the best sling I have ever owned. This specific model was getting phased out on was on sale, I recall I paid around 80€ for it. It is the perfect size for me, the build quality is fantastic, zippers are excellent. I was even able to get the tax refund at the airport when I left! The staff is lovely and very welcoming as well. I will definitely come back here next time I visit Amsterdam. Cheers from Québec!

The coolest kids on the block. The bags are thoughtfully designed by true travelers and it’s exceptionally made. I love my blue bag but there is a whole bunch of options to choose from! Super useful and the personalization is an added bonus. The bags and merch sell themselves but the folks at the store are so damn fun so it makes the whole experience worthwhile. If you run into peter or rachel, say hi- you’ll wanna be their friends.

Wonderful buying experience. Good coffee and very helpful staff. Especially the employee who went above and beyond helping us make personalized name tags for Christmas gifts for our daughters. All while playing his favorite Prince music.

I was recently in Amsterdam and passed by your store at Herenstraat 2, the wonderful display of globes caught my eye. I returned a couple hours later when it opened and Rebecca was super helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. I ended up buying an "Alex" in the store. I was torn between that and a "Karl", and decided to order one when I got home as I had too much to bring back as it was. Simply wonderful bags, I can use "Alex" for shorter trips, and around town, and "Karl" for longer trips.

Went into this store as a final pit stop before leaving Amsterdam as something had caught my eye the day before, and I wanted to check it out again before leaving the city… I’m so glad I did! The warmest of welcomes awaited my girlfriend and I, as well as a cappuccino and a cafe latte on the house. What followed this was genuinely the best customer service either of us has ever experienced. We dealt with a very kind woman from Singapore (Rachel, we think!) who was super pleasant, friendly and interesting. She had all the time in the world for us, as well as the other customers in the store at the time and made us feel very welcome. So not only did we have a fantastic experience in store, but we also bought not one but two items that my girlfriend and I cannot wait to use. We hope next time we visit, she’ll have ticked some food items off of her bucket list and we can exchange notes on where to buy the best Scotch Egg. The experience we had in the store made our days. The world needs more people like Rachel. Until next time!

What a beautiful colorful shop! The good vibes flow onto the outside and called me to step in… the products are lovely and fun and made from recycled plastic bottles. They even have an espresso machine! The bags range from really durable high end to light and easy going. They have cute stationery and even personalize your tag for your bag. The service was excellent and Im so happy with my little yellow bag 💜

We found this shop accidentally. But it was a great accidental find. The staff Rachel was helpful and even gave us cups of hot tea. We would recommend coming to check the bags out. They are of good quality and sustainable.
