The backpack is amazing. The design is both timeless and modern, with just the right balance of style and practicality.

What I appreciate most is how functional it is for everyday use - whether I’m traveling, commuting or just carrying my essentials.

It's a nice and comfy backpack with plenty of pockets, although it looks a bit darker in real life than it is on the website. Still a lovely addition. The zips are a bit tight, but probably just because they are new

Traveling around Munich, Bangkok, or Crete, Alex is always with us, taking care of all our things. My 9-year-old daughter and I love this backpack and will never ever travel without it again. It’s incredibly practical, with plenty of space for everything we need, yet light and comfortable to carry all day. My daughter especially loves the design, and I appreciate how durable and well-made it is. Whether for short trips or longer adventures, this backpack has become an essential part of our travels.

The backpack is great. The company seems great, too, and I believe they are.

But nothing's ever perfect. What I would maybe like to see improved is the access from the top of the bag, as it's currently not the easiest/fastest. Maybe something with magnets? Still, that's a small thing.

Anyway, everything else is pretty much perfect to my taste. The features of the bag work, the bag works as whole and aesthetically. Solid thing, all around. Solid people behind it.

Heel blij met mijn nieuwe Alex rugzak! Hij ziet er super mooi uit en is comfortabel om te dragen. Ik moet soms nog wennen aan het openen aan de achterkant. Openen aan de bovenkant vind ik namelijk onhandiger dan openen aan de achterkant. Ook "rolt" de bovenkant niet heel goed als de tas niet zo vol zit, daar is de stof wat stijf voor. Dat zijn mn enige realistische kanttekeningen. Maar in totaal een top tas! Ik gebruik hem meer dan verwacht omdat hij zo fijn en mooi is, en heb het merk ook aangeraden aan mijn vrienden!

Der Rucksack ist sehr funktional und langlebig. Ich habe nach etwa drei Jahren einen neuen gekauft, weil mein erster gestohlen wurde. Der war trotzdem täglicher Benutzung noch top in Schuss.

This is the BEST backpack I've ever owned. I've used it to commute to work, to get groceries, on flights, and overnight trips. The roll top makes it huge but the weight is distributed perfectly. It's totally waterproof has exactly the right pockets in the right places and when I use it professionally it looks like I'm a professional, not like I'm going camping (although it works great for camping too). It was expensive and it came from afar, but it was worth it.

I love this backpack. You can immediately see how much time has been spent making it extremely practical and functional. The internal space is used very well, and it has the ideal capacity. Even when fully loaded, it is comfortable to carry on your shoulders. The materials and construction are also excellent. And, above all, it is beautiful and elegant. I am sure it will be with me for a very long time!

Hi Hendrik and Team, here are some thoughts:

The material has a great structure and is waterproof; the design and colour is super. The size is perfect for daily needs. The holders are soft and are reselient. The bottle holder is very helpfull. Overall the quality is great. The buckle have a fine touch and add character.

Some ideas for improvement:

The fasterns on the holders are hard to adjust when the backpack is full and on my back. Depending on the weight, I wear it more loose. I realise the need for adjustments when I wear it. But with the current version, i need drop it again to adjust the fasteners.

The small side compartment is very usefull, it might be an improvement to make it a little bigger with a longer zipper.

By packing the backpack as a suitcase the two "flaps" with velcro are a nice idea to put pressure off the big zipper. But if you use the backpack normal and open the big zipper from above, it is super hard to see anything, because there is a lot of material. Laptopcomparment, several zippers inside and the two flaps. This is no biggy if you want to grap a laptop. But for a paper or smaller item it gets tricky. An idea is to abstain at least from the zip compartments on the flaps or replacing the flaps with strings.

Last point: The bottom edge at the back of the backpack is super stiff. When the backpack is full, then it cuts into my lower back, making it very uncomfortable to wear. This is a individual problem, since everybodys back is different in shape and height. My solution now is to stuff the small "secret" compartment on the lower back with cotton. The idea: Raising the surface of the the back. This would lead to that the lower stiff edge does not touch my back directly anymore. Still stuffed cotton is hard as well and it is kind of "second" stiff edge.

Therefore I have a question: Can you send me the foam material which is put in place in the supportive hip belt of the karl backpack? this might be more resiliant and softe compared to my cotton-solution.

I am open for others ideas, hoping you can help me out. much appreciated.

Prachtige stevige tas. Veel opbergruimte met apparte vakken. Wat t nog beter zou maken is een paar lussen in de tas waaraan je met een musketonhaak bijvoorbeeld. Sleutels han hangen.

Really like that backpack. Finally one that feels comfortable for travel and for work. Would highly recommend it to anyone.

Mooie en praktische rugtas

De Alex 24h Backpack is een stijlvolle tas met een handige indeling. Er is genoeg ruimte voor dagelijkse spullen, en dankzij de verschillende vakken blijft alles overzichtelijk. De tas draagt comfortabel en voelt stevig aan. Prima keuze voor wie een tas zoekt die zowel functioneel als mooi is.

I absolutely adore this bag. It's not only super well built and sturdy but also makes so much fun traveling with. The organization of things, storage and usage come in really handy and are convenient to use. All the essentials for an eight day trip will fit in there with still quite some space left.
It's like it's already heavy but still rather comfortable to walk around with, even with a laptop in it. Don't want to give this one away :) #keeper

and third, splendid empathic personal service, since i was charged by fedex a huge extra sum here by my country. later i was told i wasn't to be charged that extra fee, and after i shared it with you on email, Hendrick immediately told me that it should have not happened since the final bill from Property Of was supposed to cover that as well- and you let me know that I'll get a refund for that extra charge- so thanks for that prompt reply!

regarding alex backpack, i could immediately see it's great quality!
one little thing- it's a bit heavy as a backpack, ~1.3kg,

and after rethinking- i understood that zoe bike bag suits me much more for my daily usage.

so... I've ordered zeo bike bag and looking forward to receiving it.

and i would deeply appreciate it if i could return back alex backpack- it would be lovely if so.

Bought my first one in Amsterdam almost 3 yrs ago and loved it. My husband and I recently moved and somehow it got lost in the move. I was so happy when I came across the site and was able to order a new one, It was here like in 5 days. Only thing is they don't offer it in the blue color that I originally purchased and I don't like this color as well.

I am delighted with the quality of the backpack.
There are lots of pockets and you can organize everything very well. It is made from sustainable materials and it is really comfortable.
