Le sac à dos de voyage Karl est le compagnon idéal pour un long week-end et une excellente alternative à la valise à roulettes. Accepté comme bagage cabine par toutes les compagnies aériennes, il offre jusqu'à 44 litres.

Son allure est classique et intemporelle, mais il regorge de détails pratiques. Son ouverture par l'arrière donne un accès facile à votre ordinateur portable et permet de le remplir comme une valise.

Le tissu du sac à dos de voyage Karl est imperméable. Veillez simplement à bien fermer les fermetures éclair : rouler à vélo sous la pluie néerlandaise ne posera alors aucun problème :)

À NOTER : Karl est un sac à dos TRÈS GRAND. Pour un usage quotidien, nous recommandons une taille en dessous (par exemple le sac à dos Alex 24h).

Care instructions

Yes, this one can go in the washing machine. Wash it at 30° with a little mild detergent, and pop it in a wash net first so straps and buckles don't get tangled up.

One thing: the leather details can handle a wash, but they don't exactly love it — so machine-wash only when it's really needed. If the leather feels a bit dry afterwards, a little leather cream (any shoemaker has it) will make it soft and happy again.

And most importantly: never put it in the dryer. Just let it air dry.

Was traveling through Amsterdam about a month ago while visiting from the United States, Hawaii to be exact. While exploring the city, I randomly walked by your store and saw a lot of gear which caught my attention. I love the earth tones, the vintage look, and the leather accents and trim. I initially was hesitant to get and I told myself I'd walk around and think about it. Well after walking around for a few hours, I couldn't get the green Karl bag out of my mind so I left my family at a restaurant and made a 20 minute walk back to your store. I'm so glad I went back. I'm back home now and sometimes I just take the Karl out just to admire the design and durability of it. Words cannot express my love for it and I can brag saying that I bought it directly from your store in Amsterdam!

I love this backpack. I‘ve had the old black one made from military Nilon for almost 7 years now. After an accident which made it necessary for me to wear a hipbelt to distribute the weight better I gave my „old one“ (still looking brandnew although having been through countless backs of pick up trucks through desserts, having been handled on boats in south east Asia and many more experiences from long time backpacking) and there was no other choice for me than to get a new Karl with a hip belt. By now I even sold my old carry on trolley, solely using my Karl for every trip from a weekend away through a week of official conferences out of town up to 4 weeks of backpacking around the world. Because of it‘s beautiful looks and my raving review even two friends of mine bought one themselves and they are equally in love with it. This bag has amazing quality, beautiful looks and is easy to organize even for long term travel. It‘s worth every cent!

PRODUCTION

Where are the bags made?

We design all our products in our studio in Amsterdam. Our fabrics are custom made by a leading fabric mill in Taiwan. The production is done by two smaller, family run factories in Vietnam. All our factories are certified and we visit them at least once per year.

How long is the warranty?

For all Property Of... items we give life-time warranty on all production mistakes. Wear&Tear is not covered by the warranty.

Are the bags sustainable?

This is actually a very complex question. We put a lot of time & effort in making our bags as sustainable as possible.

Here are some of the things we do to make our collection more sustainable:

We have close relationships with our factories

SHIPPING & RETURN

How do we ship?

For deliveries within the EU we use DPD. For shipments outside the EU we use FedEx.

Can I return my order?

Of course you can. Just send us an email to webstore@thepropertyof.com and we will send you a shipping return lable.

Returns within the EU are free. Returns from outside the EU we charge 9€ return fee.
