Well made, a great solution with access from the back, because access to the contents in roll-up backpacks is always a problem. Dust is more visible on black, but this is a feature, not a defect.
The only drawback is that the zipper is sometimes difficult to operate because it rubs against the material inside.

The only thing I would alter would be be to have a flap over the outside pocket under the leather strap, as water can run down the bag into the pocket.

The backpack is great. The company seems great, too, and I believe they are.
But nothing's ever perfect. What I would maybe like to see improved is the access from the top of the bag, as it's currently not the easiest/fastest. Maybe something with magnets? Still, that's a small thing.
Anyway, everything else is pretty much perfect to my taste. The features of the bag work, the bag works as whole and aesthetically. Solid thing, all around. Solid people behind it.
