SHIPPING & IMPORT CHARGES
SHIPPING WITH THE EU:
For shipments within the EU we use DPD. We normally ship the next working day after we received the order. Depending on the destination the shipment then takes 2-5 days.
The shipping costs depend per country. Please check the fee on the check-out page.
SHIPPING OUTSIDE THE EU:
To make it easier for you we already included all customs and import charges into our pricing. The price you pay during check-out is your final. No funny surprises when receiving the item.
For international shipments outside the EU, we use DHL Express.
RETURN FROM AN EU COUNTRY (with DPD)
Do you need to return your order? No problem. To make the process as easy as possible for you, we offer a worldwide return service.
Please send an email to email@example.com and let us know that you would like to return your order. We will then email you a DPD shipping label. Pack the bag/item back into the original box and put the DPD shipping label on the box. (Cross out the old shipping label with a marker).Then drop the box at a DPD PARCEL SHOP (https://www.dpdgroup.com/be/mydpd/parcel-shops/search)
RETURN FROM OUTSIDE THE EU: (with DHL Express)
Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know that you would like to return the order.
Please incl the pick-up location (incl phone number) and an ideal pick-up date (allow 2-3 working days between your email and the pick-up). We will send you a DHL Express shipping label and will arrange the pick-up.
!!IMPORTANT FOR NON-EU RETURNS: Please use the white return shipping bag that was included in your order to return the items. Do NOT pack the item in a box, because that would make the shipment much more expensive.
To compensate for a part of the return shipping costs we charge 9 US$. We will deduct them from your refund. If you paid shipping costs with your order, they will also be refunded.
All exchanges or returns should be sent to the following address together with the return form

The return form came with the order. If you need a new one please email email@example.com and we will email you a new one.
- You have a period of 30 days from the receipt of your order to return it.
- CHRISTMAS: products bought between Nov 1st & Dec 31st can be returned till January 31st.
- The product must arrive properly packaged in good and unused condition.
- Property Of… will refund you the value of the returned product together with the shipping costs from that order.
- Products with the embossing directly on the product CANNOT be returned. This includes the small leather goods and leather goods from other brands that we personalize (this does NOT INCLUDE the backpacks, those can normally be returned because only the ID-Tag is embossed)
To make an exchange you must send back the first product following the return process (see above) and place a new order. As soon as we receive your return shipment, Property Of… will refund you the value of the returned product together with the shipping costs from that order.
Exchanges can only be made for purchases made through this online store. Property Of... items purchased elsewhere online or through retail stockiest are not eligible for exchange or return through this website.* For all Property Of... items not purchased through this website please contact the store where you made your purchase.
All requests for a refund will be considered on a case-by-case basis and may be given at the discretion of the company management.* All conditions of sale posted on this site relate solely to purchases made through this online store of the Property Of... brand.
