Where are the bags made?
We design all our products in our own Amsterdam studio. Production is in Vietnam.
How long is the warranty?
Lifetime. Production mistakes on our Property Of... collection are covered forever — wear & tear is not. If something breaks, we repair it.
Are the bags sustainable?
The fabric is made from recycled PET bottles, we produce in small batches with no over-production, and every bag carries a lifetime warranty — buy less, buy better.
What is the Lost&Found service?
Every bag comes with a free personalised ID tag. If you ever lose your bag, the finder can reach us through the tag and we bring it back to you — worldwide.
